VOLUNTEER places will be made available subject to need and at the discretion of the conference committee.

TALENT RATES are for participants from Latin America, Eastern Europe, India and Africa.

STUDENT Rates
are offered for full-time students i.e. someone in a full time unpaid course of study and with a student ID. This does not include TA trainees.

CONFERENCE FEES INCLUDE
morning & afternoon tea and conference kit.

SPOT REGISTRATIONS
at the conference cannot be guaranteed a conference kit.

LUNCH
will be available at the hotel itself an an extra price and may be booked 12 hours ahead directly with the hotel. A La Carte is also available. There are also other lunch options close to the conference venue.

: Banquet & Dance on 14th August 2010. Cost US$85.

REFUND Policy: Cancellations of registration need to be communicated in writing through post or email.

- Cancellation before 30.06.2010 will be refunded less administrative expenses of 10%
- Cancellations before 31.07.2010 will be refunded 50% of payment.
- Cancellations after 31.07.2010 will not receive a refund.
