Membership categories & annual fees

• Associate Member - $80
  A general interest, nonvoting membership that supports the humanistic goals of the ITAA.
• Student Member - $80
  This category is for full-time college-level students. Proof of registration with an educational institution is required. Unlike Associate Member, this is a voting category.
• Regular Member - $130
  A support-level, voting membership for professionals who use transactional analysis but are certified through another source.
• Certified Transactional Analyst Member - $130
  A competency-based membership earned by passing written and oral exams after study under a Certified Instructor or Supervisor. CTAMs may specialize in psychotherapy, organizational, educational, or counseling areas.
• Teaching Membership - $200
  Certified Teaching Members are members who have been previously certified as competent in application of Transactional Analysis and subsequently been examined and certified as competent to train and/or supervise others for certification as Transactional Analysts or as Teaching/Supervising Members in the Educational, Organizational, Counseling, and Psychotherapy fields.

The TAlent scholarship
Residents of developing countries are eligible for dues reductions through the "TAlent" scholarship. This consists of a fee reduction available to residents of many countries, calculated through a dues equalization formula. TAlent scholarships are designed to make the association economically accessible to everyone, and are supported by the general membership of the ITAA. Regardless of your country of residence, please pay the full fee if you can. It will support ITAA by allowing it to continue providing both excellent membership services and TAlent scholarships.
